I replaced the spark plugs again after I noticed the ticking and the noise has still continued I'm not sure what else to do. The Jeep is a 200 4.0 with 63,000 miles and the engine oil looks good with no leaks I've heard people say it could be either a cracked header or a crack in the exhaust manifold, and I've also heard that it could also be a stick lifter but with such low mileage I don't think it's a lifter. At least I hope not any advice would be appreciated.

It happened about a week after changing spark plugs. The ticking noise isn't at idle and only happens after I get up to operating temp. And when I get into third gear I don't hear it at all. Until I park then I can hear the ticking sound at idle while in neutral once at Operating temp.

It sounds to me that your ignition rail is not seated. Try some dielectric grease in the boots to make it easier to get everything seated. That ticking sound is likely spark jumping between the plug and the rail.

I added the dylectric grease when I put it on I guess I'll go get some more and try making sure it's all the way on. Cause I have no check engine light that's why its bothering me 😂
