Novak Conversions Jeep Wrangler TJ engine mounts

What did you do to your TJ today?

Just out of curiosity… are the electrodes on these supposed to be flush? Protrude? I’m going to guess not be recessed…

Fair warning, they are like rabbits. When you leave one alive, they will multiply. I tried in vain to exterminate them when we bought ours last month, but my wife gave one new one to our 17-year old because “it’s cute”.

He now has a new flock of 6. Ugh.
Are you talking about @jxv1247 's nephew or the ducks?
Oof. This thing should get rubber in 3rd now!

Um.. yeah. No.
Expectations are premeditated disappointment.

All he needs is a fram oil filter!
TB spacer should do.

Out with the 35” in with the 33”. Pic for comparison.
Next up is get rid of the bushwhacker flares and try to locate some Rubi/Sahara Flares.
Rides better, maybe shocks next and research the skid plate getting tucked under more.

Initially I thought it looked funny with the extra room but I also didn’t like the 35” without going higher. (Head hurts thinking about all this lol)

Looks great. How tall is your lift? I have 35s and been thinking about doing the same thing.

I never left them (rabbits) alive with my pets. 🤫
WARNING! Vegan's beware!
p.s. My Lizards stayed indoors most of the time and never ate my cats, although I would have loved them to eat my neighbors yapping chihuahuas.

I like the calm and soothing music as I watch a fucking dinosaur annihilate an entire rabbit.

A few days ago
Went to Grand Haven Jeep Fest (with the new fenders!)

Despite my (our) dislike of how the broad Jeep community has decided to show love in-person, you clearly earned lots of respect from the community. Good on you!

I always liked that color green on a TJ and you have a good looking & clean Jeep! I'll give you a virtual wave 👋 because f' the 🦆...

The voltage required to “jump the gap” is dependent upon the resistance of the air in the gap and the shape of the spark plug electrodes. Small, pointed electrodes are conducive to sparking at a lower voltage (think lightning rod) so the plug “fires” every time and emissions are reduced due to no mis-fires (failure of the voltage to jump the gap). They do not produce more power, they just ensure a spark happens every time. In a well maintained engine, a “regular” plug will spark every time, and at a higher voltage than one with pointy electrodes. This does not translate to a power increase if the spark induces complete combustion.
