Went up the mountain last weekend. The late spring snow is brutal!

Went for an evening drive up the mountain after the dog stood by the jeep yelping at me with his "I want" bark. Stopped and hiked towards a peak with lots of big rock outcroppings as the light was fading and heard a loud, deep, pulsating rumble. Decided not to investigate and noped right back to the jeep.

Took a pic of the sunset through the dogwood blooms. I love the dogwoods but they're hard to capture in a picture.

Sometimes discretion is the better part of valor!
Left my gun in the jeep as I typically don't bother carrying. Got me thinking that exploring rock formations at dusk is prime time to carry on person.

Had an awesome run up the mountain today! Got the big log cleared. Buddy's saw had a 42" bar and it wouldn't quite reach. Got the bar pinched but we figured it out.

Too good a target to pass up!

Owyhee has some beautiful spots & some great fishing too.

Me and a buddy went to Royal Blue off-road park north of Knoxville, TN yesterday.
Before:

He had 37s, and you can see my rig stuck in the background!

This was my second wheeling trip ever, first in my own rig, and first with a manual. My rig def got a used, but I learned a lot (2nd gear in 4 low is a perfect combo!). Bought the rig as it is. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Make sure you guys check your diff fluids to make sure no water got into them. And just give the undersides a good once over to make sure everything is OK....
