I have a customer not on the forum that notched his fenders and made a bracket. Looks pretty clean to me. You could always use black hardware if you fancy.

No they are not. They are either polypropylene or TPO but leaning toward TPO without being able to check right now. If you have factory ones, the material callout should be molded into the back side of the part.

If in doubt just use pieces of the flare

I mean for melting it together, aka plastic welding.a torch and a screwdriver works too. I'm not aware of any glue that works well with soft flexible plastics for long

Have you tried this? Would you mind posting a pic of the technique your suggesting on a flare? The flare is thin, I would think heating one side to the point of melting without showing a heat affected zone on the finish side would be problematic. I have not tried and could be wrong.

I've done it to bumpers and other automotive trim to reattach ripped off tabs and close punctures. you would possibly need to repaint depending on how ham handed you get.

Heat up your "iron" then start spreading the plastic like peanut butter.

Are the rear bumpers all accounted for or will you have extra?

They are all spoken for and then some, you would have to send me an email to get on the order list or wait until I have stock on the website. fluxoroad@gmail.com or send me a message thru the website. Either works.

I must say the aluminum hinges are the nicest part I have purchased for my jeep. They should go on the wall!

Next purchases will be the rear bumper and corner armor !

The finish on these things is exquisite. I'm semi-tempted to powder them clear to show them off...

We are a custom metal fabricator (mostly ornamental metals), and I can appreciate the machine work put into these. It warmed my cold heart when I opened the package.

Now if the tire carrier would come back in stock I would be complete. @Fluxor hint, hint, nudge, nudge.

Its in the works, I changed the design to make it out of the same stainless the rash guards are using. I am trying to unify materials. Its in the works, I should have the proto soon with the bulk order to follow.

Woah a ss tire carrier that wouldn’t need to be painted would be so cool. I noticed the tailgate skin, flak armor, and torque box stiffener arnt on the website. Are those going to be made still and you’re just trying to catch up on other stuff or those not going to be made?

Yes, tailgate skins are made, I am waiting to hear back on a test fit for the early models( late models have been available), I have the Flak or front quarter skins made I just need to test fit and install the prototypes, torque box stiffeners are in process just waiting for the first batch to be finished. There is a video on the website of the install. I am trying to get the listings built while keeping up with orders. There a a ton of moving parts right now.

Better pictures of the LJ Stretch Mini Boat Side rocker prototype. These will be shipping out for test fit this week. The 304 stainless is better then the P.O. Steel in every way. The more I work with it the more I’m surprised it’s not more widely used in the off road industry. It’s Crazy.
