Looks worst just from my poor craftsmanship since it looks ripped half way than cut. Also trimmed the gas cap since the flare is raised.
Looks great. I used black caulk to clean up the edges.

No they are not. They are either polypropylene or TPO but leaning toward TPO without being able to check right now. If you have factory ones, the material callout should be molded into the back side of the part.
If in doubt just use pieces of the flare
Right, it’s more about which prep and adhesive to use.
I mean for melting it together, aka plastic welding.a torch and a screwdriver works too. I'm not aware of any glue that works well with soft flexible plastics for long
Have you tried this? Would you mind posting a pic of the technique your suggesting on a flare? The flare is thin, I would think heating one side to the point of melting without showing a heat affected zone on the finish side would be problematic. I have not tried and could be wrong.
LJ stretched mini boat side prototypes are bent. I’ll get better pics when they make it to the test fit stage.

First rear bumper batch is cut and bent. One step closer! Lol.

Are the rear bumpers all accounted for or will you have extra?

I must say the aluminum hinges are the nicest part I have purchased for my jeep. They should go on the wall!
Next purchases will be the rear bumper and corner armor !

Is the skid going to cover the full length of the backer in production?
The finish on these things is exquisite. I'm semi-tempted to powder them clear to show them off...
We are a custom metal fabricator (mostly ornamental metals), and I can appreciate the machine work put into these. It warmed my cold heart when I opened the package.
Now if the tire carrier would come back in stock I would be complete. @Fluxor hint, hint, nudge, nudge.
Woah a ss tire carrier that wouldn’t need to be painted would be so cool. Exactly what I think!
I noticed the tailgate skin, flak armor, and torque box stiffener arnt on the website. Are those going to be made still and you’re just trying to catch up on other stuff or those not going to be made?
Yes, tailgate skins are made, I am waiting to hear back on a test fit for the early models( late models have been available), I have the Flak or front quarter skins made I just need to test fit and install the prototypes, torque box stiffeners are in process just waiting for the first batch to be finished. There is a video on the website of the install. I am trying to get the listings built while keeping up with orders. There a a ton of moving parts right now.
