Do you fill up a single tire at a time or all 4 at a time?
All four with the Morrflayte system. I ran 1/4" truck air lines into the tub and they're tucked next to each seat.
Version 2.0 will be removing the mesh panel in my fenders, making that a push to open latched hatch with QD air and Anderson connectors.

If you haven't already can you time airing up one tire vs airing up 4 tires. I'm curious to see if there is a benefit to the 4 tire system.
My benefit is I can flip on the air compressor and put recovery gear away or pick up trash...do other things while it airs up. Usually takes about 8 to 10 minutes to air up from 3-7 psi to 28-32.
I need to figure out how to build an Arduino relay box that'll shut off the compressor when it hits a certain pressure. I can put a pressure sensor on my manifold under the hood. That'll be v3.
We also pull the wife's JK up close and inflate her tires.

Some of the numbers in this thread are much faster than what would make sense, yours seem about right.
I spent some time trying to find numbers for filling a 35" tire on a 15" wheel and most are saying 1.25-1.5 minutes per tire with single inflation. This matches the numbers I tested a while back. (all using arb dual, which is supposed to be faster than twin viairs). I'm not seeing how 4 tires can be filled in under 4 minutes.

I like the idea of the cutout relay. I was thinking about building something like that last night

Be great to figure out a simple circuit with a pressure transducer/sensor and a relay.

It's all about volume. I have two separate compressors providing air to each side of the truck. With a 3/8 line going to each manifold at the seat that then splits down to quarter inch. Your dual ARB compressor has one quarter inch Outlet there's no way it can compare even if it has slightly higher numbers
There was a company that was selling a system that did that a while back. Lite Brite was running it years ago.
I'm surprised that if going to 3/8" lines would allow people to fill tires in 2/3's the time that ARB wouldn't be selling 3/8" fittings and hoses.

Unless these people are also changing their Schrader valves to something larger, then not much is going to change with larger hoses and plumbing.
