My onboard air system

I wasnt sure if I ever really timed it with 37's, I know I did w/ 35's, I ran home at lunch and timed it to make sure I wasnt talking out of my neck, I wasnt too far off

I started at 7psi took 6:04 to fill to 27psi.

Then i aired down to 7psi it took about 4: 30ish, pic didn't take b/c it blinks when pused...

I then did just one tire, from 7psi to 29psi was 2:01.

A few pics of my set up. I have a 6 port manifold w/ air chuck at each corner & a bleeder on the grill. I keep the hoses in a bag w/ recovery gear.

Nice setup! Love the manifold

Yes very dry. Very seldom do I find any moisture in the bottom of my air compressor tank in my shop

in case anyone was wondering how dry it is here:

Gonna try one of these on that suggestion of an adjustable pressure switch.

Hopefully that works out.

You guys could add an adjustable regulator near the compressor output (but not so close it melts)and get almost the same thing too. Since there is no large tank volume, just a small manifold and lines, once the tires are full it won't take long at all for the manifold to reach cut out pressure.

Same end result. Turn it on and walk away. When the compressor stops you are done.

With the benefit of a simple hand knob to change your fill pressure

It's the same way I safely operate rubi lockers with an arb system.

Add a 50psi blow off valve as a safety

I like that idea

You don't want to bolt up a compressor to your truck that can run a jackhammer? They've been around forever. I mean iffen our air production abilities define who wins in a dick swinging contest, why stop at brushless electric, go brushless rotary.

When their under hood model comes with a check valve rated at 70 cfm…😳

I'm just having fun building stuff that I like
