Hey guys, I bought a few of those Toyota FJ40 Koito headlight H4 conversion kits with the high power harness and relay wire harness.

ANYWAYS! I have 3 left I can pitch up here for anyone who’d like a QUALITY headlight conversion.

I put Sylvania headlights in mine and they work great.

I just ordered a set, my Hella Ecodes keep getting hazy on the inside. These will be a nice to have on the shelf.

I have three sets new in box. All three less than $100 delivered

Have you quoted shipping? Us common folk really get screwed, meanwhile Amazon can ship and return ship a pair of socks and still make money …

While the weather was still nice (waiting for HEAVY rains and 30* temperatures over the next few days) I installed the Koito Headlight Harness today.
I cut the two red harness wires that supply power to the low and high beam relays and installed a fuse holder and 30A fuse; there wasn't one in the harness.
Found the factory passenger side headlight connector in poor condition with signs of overheating; replaced the connector before attaching the harness.

Not sure I understand the question. I ordered one set delivered for ~$40 then two more from another dealership and got two sets delivered for <$50. They can be found dirt cheap still. Not sure why you are in to a set for so much $.

I really don’t think 100 bucks for 3 sets of headlights is all that expensive …

I’m glad that Toyota can ship a box from Japan to the USA and then to our door step for 10 bucks, but when I walk into the UPS store and ship this package I’m sure I’ll be paying 50-60 bucks ship my 100 dollars worth of headlights …

I’ve owned 6 TJ/LJs and they ALL had some variation of crispy connectors. Also check the connector at your headlight switch, those melt too…

Funny that our fog lights have a nice relay, but our headlights (the most power hungry circuit) goes through a switch.

I have inspected the MFS harness several times after cleaning the MFS contacts with electronic contact cleaner; so far no signs of overheating.
