You know, I’m not a Corvette (or Chevy) guy. But I can’t tell you how many memorable times in my life I’ve bumped up against various Corvettes from C1-C-8 (OK, I could, but you would rapidly lose interest). Sometimes, I feel like the universe is telling me I must own one version or another before I die. Maybe I should buy one, just to prove to myself its not my thing…

Reminds me of when we were helping relieve the Marines after their initial deployment into Kosovo. While driving on patrol we would randomly see “MARINES” spray painted on the side of buildings, women with bulging bellies asking for them and kids running around with dog tags on their necks. It was obvious they had been there and left their “mark”.
