What did you do to your TJ today?

2004 4.0 128k miles, P030 came up yesterday I put a bottle of Lucas fuel system cleaner in half a tank of gas.
Got lucky and it cleared after about 25 miles of running errands. I have the service records from the first 3 owners who put the majority of miles on it. There is no record of the injectors, O2 sensors or timing belt being replaced.
All fluids, fan belt, hoses, plugs, coil bar, shocks and tie rod ends have been replaced
Should I be looking at anything else for PM?
Thanks

Italian tuneup?

No joke my jeep came with a misfire and that's all it needed - PO must've loved lugging it

Got out of work fueled her up (a few hours ago)
The snow has melted off the streets for the most part,Still gotta be careful though!
Gotta say these new 33x12.50r15 Nexen roadian atx's I got the day before the storm performed great on the weather we just got here in Texas! kept the Jeep in 2wd the whole time (eitherway,I broke my front DS some time ago😅 So im forced to be in 2wd)
They track straight with no shakiness whatsoever crusing at 80 mph and pretty quiet comapred to my 31x10.5r15 Dextero Dat1's which got a minor vibration after 92 ish mph

Lookin good, im out putting around in my TJ today since the roads are fairly clear where I am. Though, my Michelin LTX’s are not having it…. Then again they are 235’s.

Might very well may be an infringement of forum by-laws to quote yourself.
What says @AndyG ?

Not that I don't like taco's but I like my meals neat. Partitioned plates are the Holy Grail. Taco's are all over the place.. never been able to bite one without losing half of it out the other end or off the top and that screw with the proportions. Odd that I have no problem with hot dogs. Maybe I had a bad taco experience as a child.
That’s why you ALWAYS put a flour tortilla on your plate when you’re eating tacos. Everything that falls from your taco lands on the tortilla so that when you’re done you have another taco. 😋😁

My 31x10.5r15 Dextero dat1's were alright
But these nexens are mo betta😆
I also like the pattern on the sidewall and where it says "Nexen" kinda cool to me

Another selling point for me apart from having them the same day is the 112Mph speed rating,Weight and welp the sidewall pattern reminds me alot of the Wildpeaks that come on the JLs/JTs⬇️ which I like 😁

That why you use corn tortillas for taco's.

Eat Mexican like a Mexican

As a Mexican myself....although mixed (afro decendancy) I agree ✊🏼!
And when the tortillas are a bit fried but not to where they're crispy....Oh God they they taste amazing 😋 Still soft but isn't crunchy like a "crunchy taco" so dipping the taco in hot oil for like 10 seconds

Self quoting was ruled out in 2021. Messes up the algorithim.

The underlying reason is a member quoted himself, got upset about what he said, and then got in a really nasty fight with himself. Chris had to lock down the thread it got so bad.

Do you guys ever wonder why we take square bread and round meat and sliced tomatoes and chopped onions, then put it altogether, cut it diagonally and complain when it falls apart?

I thought a recalled the revision.

Ever wonder what life would be like if you didn't overthink everything? I think about that all the time....

Can't argue that logic.

And since you mention it.. Flour tortilla only... never those dry corn tortillas.

And then those hard tacos... One wrong bite and you have a chunk of crispy taco wedged between you teeth or worse between you gums and teeth.

I was sitting at a light- watching it turn from red to green and back to red. I thought “there has to be more to life than a bunch of honking and yelling.”

Go to any small town south of the border and find me a flour tortilla

That's how we do them, my wife learned from her mother (they grew up on the border). We actually use a Wok with hot oil in it to finish them off, then put them in a pre-heated iron skillet with a dish towel over the top to keep them warm. We make about 30 at a time. Meat only, then each person puts on whatever they choose from the onions, cheese, salsa etc. And you have to have a Coke with them.
