What did you do to your TJ today?

Might very well may be an infringement of forum by-laws to quote yourself.
What says @AndyG ?

Not that I don't like taco's but I like my meals neat. Partitioned plates are the Holy Grail. Taco's are all over the place.. never been able to bite one without losing half of it out the other end or off the top and that screws with the proportions. Odd that I have no problem with hot dogs. Maybe I had a bad taco experience as a child.

Self quoting was ruled out in 2021. Messes up the algorithim.

The underlying reason is a member quoted himself, got upset about what he said, and then got in a really nasty fight with himself. Chris had to lock down the thread it got so bad.

Do you guys ever wonder why we take square bread and round meat and sliced tomatoes and chopped onions, then put it altogether, cut it diagonally and complain when it falls apart?

I spent a month down in Mexico back in 77 or 78.

We were close to Guadalajara. Went to the tortilla factory every day and bought corn tortillas, went to the open market for our meat every day.

Never saw a hard taco shell the whole time, and never saw any flour tortillas either.

I will try that thanks

Works great, rolls it out, very clever. Well… lesson learned, Always double check and verify you have the correct carrier bearings and races before pressing them on. I should have ordered slim line bearings with my arb setup. Painful to cut brand new bearings off, and in my haste I nicked the journal possibly disabling ARB function. Honestly really don’t care at this point. Tempted to cut copper tube and plug housing port. I will test first, it may work. My buddy finally came by and figured out my er, he has correct bearings on order should get tomorrow. Put new axel seals in, deal with brakes later, adjust and go on. Just empty every pocket equals JEEP. Learned that one today too.

They really needs these super scooper planes , cal fire lease 2 of these planes from Canada for one year only .
knocked out this fire real quick
Took these pictures back in 08 when I lived in Oceanside of it in action

There were two planes that would skim water out of the ocean drop it on the fire and circle back a few minutes later View attachment 584645View attachment 584646View attachment 584648View attachment 584649

Grandma spent her winters a couple miles from the border so we’d spend most of our winter break visiting and crossing the border. Learned to love spice and their food.

I noticed that the center caps for the front wheels are missing. I must have hit a pretty hard bump and then they popped off. They are relatively expensive to get replacements at about $25 each for new ones. So, I'm just not going to replace them.

Got out of work fueled her up (a few hours ago)
The snow has melted off the streets for the most part,Still gotta be careful though!
Gotta say these new 33x12.50r15 Nexen roadian atx's I got the day before the storm performed great on the weather we just got here in Texas! kept the Jeep in 2wd the whole time (eitherway,I broke my front DS some time ago😅 So im forced to be in 2wd)
They track straight with no shakiness whatsoever crusing at 80 mph and pretty quiet comapred to my 31x10.5r15 Dextero Dat1's which got a minor vibration after 92 ish mph

Having a jeep means you always have friends in bad weather

In my case i got lunch covered for the whole week next week cause of my coworkers😆
Better yet i was dropping off coworkers vibin&cruising listening to music dropping them off home on company time since my Manager was feeling generous lol
Had a great 2 days at work here in TX since it got snowy&icy where im at !

Topped up the rear diff oil. I'm on my way home from a holiday trip and the diff started to blow out its oil through the breather hose. I had to add almost a liter.
How much goes into a dana44?
I hope, I can make it home. 500km to do...

2004 4.0 128k miles, P030 came up yesterday I put a bottle of Lucas fuel system cleaner in half a tank of gas.
Got lucky and it cleared after about 25 miles of running errands. I have the service records from the first 3 owners who put the majority of miles on it. There is no record of the injectors, O2 sensors or timing belt being replaced.
All fluids, fan belt, hoses, plugs, coil bar, shocks and tie rod ends have been replaced
Should I be looking at anything else for PM?
Thanks

Cats and 02 sensors may be in your future if they have never been done- they typically need attention in the 80-120k mile range.
