What did you do to your TJ today?

Woke up and my wife said, "So much for the snow." Thirty seconds later this started.

I got a clamshell puller for Christmas... I have 3.55's and my daughter has 3.07's so I have A LOT of regearing in my future. Let's do yours first. :p

Oh I see.... I'll be the test bunny so you know what not to screw up on your daughters rig.....

But hey, Im down to do it, part of my college degree was driveline repair... Though, that was mostly on Dana 80's from the ole GM 3500's...

Just need to get the gears and lockers first....

Looks fun!

Everytime you post a pic of your house I think about how much I like that little carport thing lol.

I know right?

Id show a pic of my house, but no one would be able to see the garage thanks to the ingenious design of the driveway....

heres an over exaggeration... but not too far off....

Everything will seem small after Dana 80's .

I've done 2 sets, so I'm not a total newb, but I'm happy to help if you want to save some money.

Its been some 6 years since I have cracked open a differential, let alone 4 years since I last really worked on cars. But once I get the proper funding aside, I will hit you up!

True that, Those things are massive, but we had custom axle stands, a dedicated forklift and cherry picker to move them, and a whole section of the shop set up just for carrier and transmission work. Then again it was a specialty shop used as a training shop for both GM and Ferd sponsored students to practice and learn in a safe environment rather than on customer vehicles.

I'd do the courses all over again just because they were dirt cheap and great knowledge from ASE master techs.
