Anyone have a link to the guy in Poland that does the steering wheel recover?

I found someone on eBay that does them but after a few back and forth emails, he said he can't get the two spoke steering wheel for the TJ. Seller is aacars14 located in Poland.

I am precariously close to ordering the Redline wheel skin but nearly all reviews I read mention something like... If I could do it again, I wouldn't do it myself.. just pay for it.

Is there someone else in Poland who does steering wheels?

Redlinegoods is in Poland, and offers to do the installation if you send them your steering wheel.

I bought a shift boot from them and it is perfect. Very well done.

I don’t have a spare wheel to send them and my TJ is a DD. Buying an extra makes this job far bigger than I want.

That stuff that is linked above looks great.

I bought this on Amazon and did it myself in my JK. Was actually pretty easy , and it looks awesome.

Turned on a podcast and I think I was done about the same time.

I actually have that wheel skin but did some research after I bought it and didn’t like any of the installs I found. It’s still in the package. The steering wheel is something I have to interface with every time I get in the Jeep and my OCD would kick into OD.

If you have it, was only $20, put it on and see. I’m not sure I’m OCD, but on the 08, it’s significantly better than it was before. And it’s comfortable to drive to Houston from here 3 hours.

Real test, my wife was highly impressed.

Doesn’t look as good as the one from Poland agreed.

Indeed.. that's the gent. He replied that he can't source the two spoke TJ wheel.

Did a test fit of the skin last night. It's not for me. If anyone wants a free leather skin.. PM me.

I ordered the Redline Goods wheel skin and armrest that match the shift boot I purchased a few months ago.

Oh I saw the TJ steering wheel listed and thought that’s what you needed. What’s the two spoke steering wheel look like?

I've never re-stitched a steering wheel before but redlinegoods came out very good. I've got his armrest cover and shift boot, too.

That looks really nice. Especially how it fits around the wheel spokes. Nice work.

Is it any thicker than the stock wheel? It looks like you have to pull the original cover to install this one.

I may pick one of those up to redo my wheel. I’ve never really been happy with the kit I used.

I've installed a couple lace/stitch-on leather steering wheel covers on and they always looked and felt great to me. Ya just have to be careful you're getting real good quality leather or your hands will sweat with the ones made out of fake leather.

Yes, you need to pull the original cover. I opted for thicker padding when I ordered.

^ Half the Crown is gone and you're not quite halfway thru the stitching!

Haha.. This was August of 2020. I returned from a trip OCONUS and popped positive for COVID. The wife cast me out into the garage for two weeks. I didn't mind it for I tackled projects daily and posted progress daily on some FB pages. Each picture had the bottle as to depict how much alcohol was consumed, during..

Good tip, top mostly off in Central Texas, not sure I could tell if I was sweating Texa style as usual, or fake leather contributing, ha.
