Did you get the correct length disconnects? You should have some adjustment available, plus they are installed incorrectly. The U-Straps should go on top of the sway bar.

Correct length, yes.
Had a friend install them, he is a diesel mechanic BUT not a Jeep suspension specialist obviously! Nor does he read instructions!
Thanks.

When you redo them, make sure the sway bar is horizontal of maybe 1-2 degrees above horizontal max.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I think the instructions say 10 degrees over horizontal, If that is not true, I need to adjust mine too.

Buddies are good like that...Thanks!
I just redid them myself AND called my buddy and thanked him for making me look stupid.

One more question, did you grease them? They look awful clean![]()
CodaMan I didn’t grease them and I bet my buddy didn’t either. I’ll grease them. I have a tube of red grease in the barn.
Thanks.

That is what the instructions say, however, I contacted JKS tech when I set mine up because I had very little adjustment left. When they saw my photos they said that I had them adjusted too long and to set the sway bar closer to horizontal. I then did a little more research that confirmed that closer to horizontal was proper.
Yes. Here's the link. I paid about $225 total ($20 was for standard shipping) and I got it within a few days. It's the whole linkage assembly and motor.I have to do this ASAP! Did you go with a mopar part?
