What did you do to your TJ today?

Dana 35 e-locker is not working...again... nothing but trouble. Took the rear diff cover off to diagnose and squirted on a new drain plug. Voltage is correct...calling Eaton tech support I the morning.

I had a similar problem with my Dana 44 e-locker. After several days of head scratching my installer found that the cover on the stator side had some casting slag that was putting unequal pressure on the assembly on that end which caused binding. Once he cleaned up the cover it worked fine. My e-locker is the collar type. Don't know if that makes a difference but it's worth looking into.

I took @Fulton_Hogan up on his offer a few weeks back for some new straps for my rear window. He shipped them super fast and provided a nice improvement for the short time my top is on with the rear window installed.

Ok I got started with the installing a number of items this week. I drained the engine oil so I was able to install a Fumoto Drain Valve. I moved on with the removal of the stock skid plate with 1” spacer so I can install the Savvy Transfer Case Shifter Cable. Next up was installing the motor mounts brackets for the UCF Engine Skid Plate and the No Body Lift Skid Plate. The new Skid Plate is providing about 1.5” of addition ground clearance. We will need to work on the exhaust pipe due to it hitting the tube over the axel and at the frame in the back. Next up will be removal of the Transfer Case the install of the Advance Adapters NP231 Slip Yoke Eliminator Kits and ordering a Tom Woods Drive Shaft.

Mine were extremely stretched out, to the point I was tying knots in them o shorten them. Back window comes off any day now, as well as the top.
I had a couple of those little alligator squeeze clips taking a bunch of slack. Now that I can take the top off I'll run a few lines of stitches to do a more permanent job. My top is on and off all summer..

Hi everybody, I was able to find a replacement light for the original fog lights on my 2004 Rubicon and it almost fit perfectly. It is the KC Hilites KC 4206 6 inch fog lens/reflector and I had to remove two of the side retaining clips on the front ring (one at 3 and the other at 9 O'clock) in order for the slightly larger lamp to fit but it did and it even looks like the original. It was $33. I also replaced the heater blower motor resistor and now I have all three speeds for the fan-thanks to the tips I found on this Forum-thanks guys!
