So, I've come to the realization that I want (not need, mind you) new tires. I'm running the Duratrac LT245/75R16 and I'm liking the deal at Costco for BFG KO2, LT265/75R16, but the kid behind the counter cautioned me about fit. Will I have any issues with rubbing?
EDIT: 2004 Rubicon, stock.

LT265/75R16 can absolutely rub, especially if you disconnect the front sway bar. At least add an inch of lift somewhere, along with an inch of front bump stop extension.

I just put 32X11.50R15 on my TJ with a 2" lift no rubbing on the stock rims. That's it in the picture
