Will Rally Top Half Door Uppers fit with factory hardtop?

I have a set of rally top half door uppers (I think). I know they came with a rally tops hardtop but I don't know if they will fit a factory top...
Any help would be apricated

I snagged some Bulldog (I assume...they could be Rally) half door hard top uppers and they fit pretty well with my aftermarket hard top.
