Wife totaled her Jeep WK2 Hemi

I'm trying to wrap my head around this statement.
Since when does "need" have anything to do with making a really good, irrational buying decision?

My wife and I have 5 4x4 vehicles, could probably do just fine with 1.

Don't tell her I said that...

Now he tells me!

It's temporary but we have 5 vehicles, all 4x4 and an average engine displacement over 5L.

The .gov solution to being aware enough to check your tire pressure . Or don't drive a Exploder 80m.p.h. with 12 p.s.i. in your Firestones.

Your earlier post got me looking into that whole case. Firestone paid millions to Ford and yet it was Ford who recommended 26psi in the Firestone tires. 🙄 The whole thing reminded me why we called them EXPLODER’S! 🤣

Now, in run-flats I can see a sensor, but that’s it.

On the talk of TPMS, I don't mind them on a daily, if equipped from the factory. It's not something I would ever add if it didn't exist.

My sister-in-law bought my nephew a 2005 Tacoma for his first car and I installed seat cover, lights, a small lift, and new wheels and tires. I ordered the tires through Extreme Terrain or one of their affiliates. Before mounting them, they actually called me and asked if I meant to not add TPMS. I said yes, the truck didn't have it. He tried to sell me on their kit that is stand alone and adds the feature to older vehicles. I said man, this thing is for a 16 year old boy that needs to learn how to check his oil, change a tire, check his tire pressure, and maintain his vehicle. Kids (in general, not all) are getting lazy about maintenance and good driving because of modern features.
