I've found photos of these on other Jeeps but no information on the manufacturer.

It's a solid bumper. I picked up one off FB marketplace about a year ago for around $150. It had some scratches and surface rust when I bought it. After some sanding and rattle can paint, it looks like new again.

Thanks all. "Bulky" is pretty subjective, way less so than most of the Warns. Agree its pretty heavy. That's not necessarily bad. It's already gotten kissy faced with both rocks and trees. Jury is still out on whacking some of the extraneous stuff off.

I am going to sink the winch mounting into it. Looks like about 1.25" is doable and still have the plate clear the cross member. That and moving the Zeon 10 contactor under the hood should minimize the air flow restriction. The clevis mounts are also going to get replaced with real ones. I made the ones for my CJ 3B bumpers but I think Barnes will get the nod on those.
