Where does this hose go to?

Where does this tiny hose go to? It’s attached just above power steering pulley.
Just replaced my valve cover gasket and now I have a hissing sound and this hose seems to be the culprit…

I see the valve cover/crank vent line not hooked up. Where is it, just disco'ed while you wrench on it?

Looks like evap to me...

That hose looks like it is attached to the fuel pressure regulator. The loose end should go to manifold vacuum.
