Where do these wires go to?

Replaced battery, starter was bad. Replaced starter and it will try to start. I found these two clips pictured and also pictures is wire harness they come from but cannot find where they go

You need to dig a little deeper since there are no individual spade connectors like those in the factory harness that I'm aware of.

That’s what I was thinking as well. I was hoping it was something simple I missed. It will turn over but will not start. Also, any ac components except for compressor are removed

Maybe a aftermarket security system?

Do you have spark?

Can you hear the fuel pump cycle? Or spray starter fluid down the throttle body and see if it coughs off.
