What the hell is this?

Just installed drag link and tie rods. As I was putting it back together I found this on the floor. I swear I didn’t touch this and have no idea what it is. Maybe not so coincidentally I developed a fairly rapid oil leak. I’m not a complete moron but could use some help here. Thanks in advance.

Still locating. Towards the front. Thinking maybe front main seal.

It’s pooling and dripping from the serpentine belt at the bottom of the crank pulley.

I may be wrong, but that looks suspiciously like the adjustment nut from a torque wrench.
