Yes flywheel is convex. Don't have it resurfaced.
Use a Luk kit. Includes the TOB and a pilot bearing or bushing.
If you want a new flywheel a Luk one isn't too expensive but verify the slots for your CPS are identical to your existing flywheel.
Rear main seal is accessed from the oil pan. About the only commonality with the clutch job is dropping the exhaust.
Best while you're in there is cleaning up and relooming the wiring harness running along the transmission/transfer case to the fuel tank.
Good time to consider a B&M short throw shifter. Or an AX-15 conversation.
SYE on the transfer case if you're going in that direction.
Definitely a Savvy cable shifter for the t case.
Possibly a rear seal for the transmission.
