The long black bolt, the rubber washers, and the odd shape silver washer and 3 nuts go to the stock air filter box...the others not sure

I was going to guess that the rubber grommets go for the tub side T-case shifter bracket. The Flat heads could be for door or windshield hinges.

I got boxes of old Land Cruiser parts too.

Thanks all. Airbox makes sense to me as the PO replaced the crappy CAI with the stock box.

That is weird. I can’t think of anywhere else I’ve run in to that style of screw in any of my tinkering.

I just used those flat head screws to mount lights on the right and left windshield pillar-posts. I had to get longer ones to replace stock. Pretty sure that's them.

That one bolt in the center looks like a thermost housing bolt
Keep them in the misc bin, they will come in handy at some point
