Without taking mine off again (yes, I know I only have to remove a tire), does anyone know the size of the o-ring that goes on the Warn 37780 Small (hat) hub? I accidentally crushed it putting it back on last night. I'd like to get several as spares. It's not listed on their spare parts list as it comes on the hub itself.

Thanks.

I have a pack I bought from McMaster, let me see if I can find it and get the number for you.
I just got the very sickening realization that the 20" stack of paperwork on my garage shelf that included the install guides/parts lists for my Warn small and large manual hubs didn't make it here after my move to Florida. 😭

Oh noo. I have been putting install guides and parts lists on my google drive for this same reason. If I loose the paperwork, I'll at least have a copy somewhere to re-print.

Here is the copy I have attached below.

Oh no. I went to check on the Warn Hub install on Stu's old site and I see it's no longer up. I have a few pages printed on it. I'll have to scan them and put them on my google drive.

Part number on the bag is MC153N70. New bag of 50 and you are more than welcome to as many as you need from it.

Thank you sir. However, that part number is not in their catalog or online. I can only assume it's 153mm diameter with a 70A durometer which seems larger than I thought.

Call Warn's customer support department who has always been super-helpful whenever I have called. Though they haven't sold their hub kits in years they sent me a replacement outer hub assembly to replace one I busted on the rocks. No charge! Which is why Warn always gets a solid recommendation from me for anything they ever sold or made.
