This is a Warn Roller fairlead from a Zeon 10 winch (steel cable version). It has never been mounted.
I went with a different style and do not need this now.
I do not see a part number on it, but the parts list sheet shows it is part number 89214.
$30 FTF sale preferred in the Tigard/Beaverton area, but I will ship it at your expense. It is heavy.
