Have a 2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ, recently had driveshaft snap at rear, had driveshaft checked, balanced and replaced yolk and pinion bearings. I also replaced my transmission mount and rotated tires. with driveshaft installed I have a serious vibration at 30 to 50 mph , if rear driveshaft is removed and run in 4 wheel high vibration vanishes, any direction would be appreciated

You might try setting up a cheapo dial indicator at either end of the ds and check it for run out. Also checking if the u joints have been installed offset slightly. I cant say Ive used the likes of woods or another "name" DS shop, but the couple times I used a local shop I had bad results. Seems a no brainer, DS in you have problems, pull it and its all good, whats that tell you?

On my second driveshaft and had this one done at a very reliable driveshaft shop, everything points to driveshaft issue but the possibility of three bad driveshafts bothers me

What caused the driveshaft to snap at rear to begin with?

Also what does "snap at the rear" mean exactly?

I'm not questioning you personally, Heck I probably can't help with this anyway but I do think more details than we have so far will help someone help you.

FWIW I got a yoke and/or a nearby bearing floating around in my head right now for some reason.

driveshaft broke at universals and snapped the clamps

Check your t-case output shaft. It was the culprit in my vibration scenario, though probably caused when the PO broke the engine. In this pic, the silver has at 4-o'clock is at 0" and ~180* it's at .7". It moved like an ellipse more so than a circle.
