Have some rhythmic vibration that comes at 45 and 70 mph. Dana 30 with 4.56 gears and 33s. Drive shafts have been set many times and are set at half a degree low in the rear and half a degree high in the front. I’ve changed the angles and had zero difference. I have noticed one of my front axle shafts u joints have some play as well as my front pinion has a tiny and I mean tiny amount of play I couldn’t even get a video showing it well but is play non the less. I fear the front pinion is the culprit which is a much larger can of worms since I tried to tighten the pinion nut and it wasn’t loose. This is still my daily so I can’t just pop the cover off super fast.
What do you think is the vibration and how would y’all deal with it?

Tires have like 200 miles on them. Brand new and balanced. The vibration is felt mostly in the butt rather than the steering wheel. I didn’t think of removing the front shaft since it’s not “driveshaft related” but you’re right. I’ll try and see if that solves it because that would say the pinion is the vibration not the axle shafts? Or rather saying the vibration is in the front?

Recently balanced tires does not mean they're balanced perfectly. Light TJs want really well balanced tires, when they're larger than stock. It's just a quick way to eliminate a possibility.

I don't see an SYE in your profile. With a 2.5" lift and a lifted tranny (partial tummy tuck) you may need one, with a DC driveshaft.

Guess I need to update it with more specifics. Ya I have an sye, toms woods front and rear. I’ve changed the degrees from 0-2degrees respectively up for the front and down for the rear and havnt noticed a difference. Guess I just need to pull drive shafts to make sure it’s a front or rear thing.
