vibration at 20 to 30 mph then goes away new alignment and 4wheel done also two and half inch lift has motor mount lift of 1 inch and trans drop any ideas

Tire balance?

I'd go have your wheels and tires balanced.

I'd check for proper driveshaft angles and condition of U-joints. Pull rear driveshaft, drive in 4H and see if vibration is gone.
