I just put it vented hood louver from Gen right on my 2003 TJ is there a fan I can put underneath it to help with heat release?

You know I don't know if you're serious or trying to be funny but would you put this on your jeep? And if so where would you mount it? Maybe you have a picture of it mounted on your jeep.

You asked for a fan. There is a whole world of 12v automotive fans you can adapt to move air through the engine bay.

I have considered it on mine.

I’d think the regular engine fan would move enough air to vent the heat out the new louvers. For additional air flow, maybe an electric fan in front of the radiator.

The reason I would consider it is because even with a lot more engine bay venting than most, mine occasionally does the hot restart stumble from a boiling fuel rail. It just isn't frequent enough to want to pursue it.
 
I have heat shielding on my rail and injectors. I’ve never had a heat related problem. Because I’ve owned several turbo powered vehicles I’ve developed the habit of letting the engine idle for a minute or two to let things cool down a bit in high ambient situations or after high speeds.

Me too. The rail and injector jackets made only one small difference. I removed them after several years and the occasional hot restart stumble seemed to decreasea bit. My reasoning is that by removing that insulation, the already hot rail and injectors can release that heat faster to the atmosphere.

Insulation works both ways. All it does is slow heat transfer.
