Just got the UCF light weight rear bumper. I haven't seen any pictures of the steel part or welds of the bumper floating around and figured id share... seems pretty beefy.

Yes the corners are are just the bent aluminum. The receiver and shackle mounts are steel and bolt directly to the frame. The aluminum bumper overlay is bolted to the steel frame with 10 bolts.
The triangle metal pieces in the first image are reversed in installation to connect the bottom to the frame of the Jeep.

I have this bumper and really thought it looked nice and well thought out. the only problem I see is exactly what @rasband said. If the rear corner sat down on something, the bumper *could* bend into the tub.
I did need to shim between the bumper and back plate of the frame on the outer holes so that everything sat flat.
