Turn signal

I just go 05 tj and turn signal where no working a the moment i got it but no big deal i a first so the fuse is blown i change and the moment i got the key in the ignition switch fuse blow with no turn signal select or Hazzard either any idea where to start or where to look again fuse blown the second the car have the key on
