Touch Up Paint

It is worth a go- once you get the hang of it your touch up work goes to another level.

Thanks for the feedback, and trusting me enough to try it.

Glad it helped,
Andy

Totally fed up with this now. The paint I have applied can simply be scratched off with a fingernail, so sanding it just makes a mess. I applied the prep solvent cleaner first... sigh. Doing it on some scrap sheet metal in the house and it all works well, just not on the vehicle. Andy

You may be using a paint that is too aggressive for the base that is on the vehicle and you may have to look at some different brands that are compatible with what Jeep used- If you’ll do some research you’ll see some companies out there that really specialize in touch up paint.

Thanks. I think it's my technique that sucks though and the more I fiddle with it the more a mess I am making. Andy
