Tennessee TN Trail Jam 2024

Anybody been to the TN trail jam at Loretta Lynn’s ranch? Thinking about going but it’s a 3.5 hour drive so wanted to get some opinions before I load the wife and toddlers up for that trek in a tj.

Also is there any reason to go to the great smoky mountain jeep invasion? I don’t care to cruise in bumper to bumper traffic or see what vendors have for the mall crawl crowd, I would rather trail ride. But my understanding is there’s really no wheeling to be done during that event?

This is my first year attending, but it looks like a great time for trail riding. They have events for kids and other Jeep events you can participate in. A lot of people drive hours to attend. I am driving about an hour and a half and tent camping on site. As for the Smokey Mountain trip, you would be correct that there isn't any real offroading to do. I have never attended for the same reason you mentioned. Not interested in bumper-to-bumper traffic. You can get day passes at the gate but it's cheaper to reserve online. If you search YouTube for TN Trail Jam, you will find several user videos that give you a general idea of what to expect.
