this is for a RoadMaster Sterling 016513 tow bar (NOT INCLUDED).
this might fit other vehicles and other tow bars, I dunno.
this is was with a RoadMaster Tow Bar that I purchased. Keeeping the tow bar, do not need the Base Plate assembly.
