Since my jeep is also my daily, I'm kind of OCD about keeping my tire pressures where I like them. Generally, I check them once a week. During the holidays, the jeep sat for a month. I just recently started commuting in it again and checked the pressures. I lost 5lbs. equally across all four. Is that much loss a common thing with bigger tires like that? My other 2 vehicles don't lose hardly one pound over time.

Not common to lose that much, but could be attributed to temp change when you checked them plus the normal 1-3 psi per month tires normally lose. Did you use the same gauge both times?

That's not a lot of air to lose, I have to add way more than that when I am taking my TJ somewhere if it hasn't been checked/aired up in a month.

Yes, same gauge, similar temps, same altitude.
