Tire carrier replacement options (Rusty's?)

I went with the cavfab carrier https://cavfab.com/products/elite-series-body-mounted-spare-tire-carrier-tj-lj I like it alot and its held well so far. The only downfall is you cannot use stock tail lights.

You! you have the solution to something I need. I have aftermarket taillights. how do you wire your antenna? This doesn't make sense to me.

The whip light is wired up with the wire going inside my car (beteen door and glass) to a 12v plug. I didnt want it to take up a spot on my switch panel. I dont use it all the time
