Thoughts on potential purchase?

Exactly zero pix of the frame and underside. Pass.
Several pics that I see.

Looks nice, but need to see underside, frame etc by skid plate. Half doors and soft top.
Number of owners and where ? Would not pay more than 10.

Frame looks good from the pictures. At first I thought the frame had been painted, but i don't think it has based on some of the photos.

Looks nice, only thing I don't like is 5 previous owners with such low miles. Which might just be a fluke if a dealer ever took it in as a trade in. Interior looks good, which is usually a pretty good indicator of how a vehicle was treated in my experience.

Looks like it's been sold.

It was relisted. https://www.ebay.com/itm/3762991321...pid=5337789113&customid=&toolid=10001&mkevt=1

Looks pretty clean to me. The frame looks like my '98 which lived in Cali its whole life before I got it. I think the price isn't far off either considering the market these days. People want that much for rusty TJs here in New England.

I wound up getting it for ~9k, unrelated as I found the forum after while trying to get details.
Some clarifications....it needs a bit of work, not sure if this helps those looking to buy, I'm guessing not since everyone here seems way more advanced than I am on that process.
There's some pitting/rust on the rims which I wanted to swap out anyway.
The passenger side visor is missing the T bracket.
The rear view mirror is either wrong, or the metal plate or plastic receiver are worn out and will require replacement.
The top and windows are in pretty good condition (nowhere near replacing) but the top sags over the driver's compartment. The half doors insulation appears to have been replaced and they don't close correctly. I'm not sure if it's fabric that needs to be positioned better or re-done.
The center console needs to be tightened/shimmed something...it wobbles pretty good.
The dash radio/climate control bezel needs to be replaced. It appears to be a cheap swap out from when the radio was done. The ashtray falls out if opened (it's missing the top clip and rear screw. The top left needs to either be re-attached or is a reason to replace as it doesn't appear to be attached to anything.
Interior is excellent, rug, seats etc etc.
Engine/transmission/frame/suspension is impeccable.
The paint will require some buffing and the flares need replacing from sun cooking...they're flaking.
The ignition has the famous jeep tradition of being able to have the key removed while running....or in any other position.

I'm wide open to suggestions from the brain trust in here....this is a grocery getter and Sunday Funday vehicle....not rock crawling etc etc.
I just love jeeps and it's going to be my way to have fun in my off hours.

Most specifically I'd love to hear places to buy the parts and any and all links to how to's on simple fixes for the easy issues.

You're a lovely lot of sexy bastards...even a collection of impressive beards in here.
I'm new, if this is the wrong place to have dumped this, i'll take my beating like a gentlemen.
