What other technology can you point to that hasn't really changed since it's inception?

Not so much...now they've got spandex and elastane in them for stretch. I must say, it's nice when sitting down or bending over!
1. Barbed wire for fencing
2. Musical instruments with the exception of electrified instruments
3. Hand wound watches and clocks. Yes, watches and clocks have evolved, but hand wound timepieces have not changed much.
4. Wood burning stoves
5. Wives cooking and cleaning… no, never mind, I was dreaming for a minute.

Tattoo Machines. Thomas Edison made an electric pen in 1876, we've basically been using the same thing ever since. Last few years people have started moving to rotaries but not much changed for over 100 years

There was a cool DaVinci exhibit awhile back. None of his art, just all his inventions. Those early inventors were on another level with no TVs or phones to distract them

Its fixed. Took 5 minutes. I didn't notice at first, then when I did, I figured I'd let it ride until someone else noticed it - took longer than I thought. Why AI can't spell something - even when its told to - is beyond me...
