Hello received my super 35 kit from Revolution Gears. Went with the Eaton. I believe that the shims go outboard of the bearing being pressed on correct?

yes. Nice because that way you don’t need set up bearings like you do for the Dana 30
Yes, or at least that's how mine is set up. Press on the bearings, then adjust your stack on the outside.
