Leveling out a 99 TJ about 250 miles/3 months ago. Installed 1.5" basic black poly??? coil spacers in front and one side has split in half already. Yeah I know, use springs which is in the works . I think they came from Extreme T, but not 100% sure. They all the same or just poor quality parts? I may need a couple new 1"ers after the spring install to level it and want better quality. Thoughts?? TIA.

I don't see a split in the spacer compromising it's function. But if you want a more durable material they do make aluminum and steel ones.

I've used these in the past with good results. Just search ebay. They have them in many sizes.

Worst case scenario is that the split spacer squishes out and the ride height at that corner lowers the amount of the missing spacer. A good spring spacer should not split.

Im was thinking the split will open all the way and possibly fall out. Never seen this myself before, MFG defect perhaps
