This feels SO stupid. I had popped one of these off when I was planning on taking the soundbar off to paint it and for the life of me, I cannot get it back on. Have tried pushing the tabs slightly out so they'd grab and hold with pressue, also tried pushing them in. Anyone know a secret trick I'm missing??

Not exactly sure but looks like the grille pulled off the bezel, which should be screwed to the sound bar/sound pods. I have a set of factory grilles (from an '05) as well as a set of Kickers in my unused Jeep parts bin...

So there's a bezel I should pull off, reattach the cover (I feel like it would have a better shot of staying in if i wasn't working on it upside down), then screw that whole piece back in?

Are you sure those tabs don't fit into narrow slits that you then bend over to secure the cover?

I got a better look at it and there are 4 "slots" for those tabs but I don't think they get folded over. There are also some screws I'm going to take out tomorrow I'm not sure if that will take off the bezel or the speaker

Should be both so keep your hand under it.
