I have a bestop soft top on my 98 Wrangler. Haven't used in a while so when I went to put it back on the webbing strap was holding the top back from unfolding all the way. See picture.
I noticed that somehow in storage the webbing strap was wrapped around the bar and I think it should be a straight shot from the 2 attachment points.
I want to confirm what is the correct orientation of the webbing and if wrong how to correct? I cant seem to stretch it far enough to unwrap it leaving the alternative being I guess to drill out the rivets and reattach which I don't necessarily like.
Appreciate the advice. No idea how this happened but I do need to correct it. Thanks.
