I took my first drive in the snow this season! Plan was an easy cruise to the summit. Got denied as I didn't want to work too hard for it. It was great to get out!

Here's where I starting having a bit of trouble and decided to air down. Went from 24 down to 8 and walked through no problem.

Well, no problem for a little while, anyways . This corner had a bit of a drift to work through. I decided that if says bad I'd turn around.

It got a little better and then I was stopped again. End of the line for this trip.

Turned around at just over 7k. Only 400' elevation from the summit.

My samsung phone has image stabilization, and this was the first time I tried the "super steady" option.

Ha! That reminds me of going to Oregon to visit my brother in Roseburg years ago after having not been there in ages. I pulled into riddle,swiped my card at a station and started pumping my gas... boy I tell you,if you want fast service that is the way to get it . Guy came running so fast,he was shocked i could manage it myself!

Not a ton of snow left but we encountered some "hikers" who had abandoned their stuck JL on 33s.
