Slight Vibration

I have a slight and brief vibration through the steering wheel when down shifting from a moderate rpm level. Any ideas on things to check. Otherwise it drives great.

Tire pressure I've had this problem a couple Times and tire pressure is always the problem

First thing I would check is wheels / tires just to make sure they are in balance.
