Does anyone have a diagram of the top cable connector for a 2006 Rubicon auto. Not talking about the bottom connector bushing. Been there and done that. My cable has slipped off of the control selector at the top. I was able to slip it back on so could change gears, but can't tell if it needs some kind of bushing to keep it secured. No sign of any broken parts that I can see....but it appears something goes there to hold it on. Any help appreciated. :(

Fairly sure it's the same kind of bushing as the bottom.

There must have been a time
when we could have said no.

Yep, that's what I was thinking too. The nipple is a lot smaller than the bottom one. Still looking for the remains of the one that was on there. Thanks for responding. :)

It is the same kind of bushing as the bottom like @Drizit said. I remember since I recently replaced mine with the Savvy shifter cable.
