I have a 2003 TJ that came with zero options, so all my rocker switches are blanks. I ordered some OEM style rocker switches that come with the wiring connector. When I pull the dash cover - will I find a factory installed harness I can plug right into? I was hoping to install and light up the switches before I actually connect them to anything real. Is that possible?

No. You'll need a relay box and start wiring.
