Reusing old oil pan

Hi team,
I pulled my oil pan because I was chasing a little oil leak. Easy enough to drop the pan and I'm 99% sure the torn gasket was the culprit. Now I've started cleaning everything. My concern is around the OEM oil pan. I can't tell if the mating surfaces are good enough or not. I will most definitely use RTV (Permatex Right Stuff 90 Minute) all over even with the FelPro. But I'd like some more eyes on this pan.
  1. Is it looking normal to you? I have no frame of reference to know if it's good or bad.
  2. Are the noted (circled) gaps normal too? That where a fair amount of Permatex will come into play?
  3. There's no baffle in this Mopar original pan. Did they come with one from the factory?
Thanks!
Ed

xXDavidCXx is correct. From the Factory Service Manual:

Also, I would strongly urge you not to use RTV anywhere else. Doing so makes the gasket more slippery, and it can actually "squirt" out of place enough to leak when you tighten the bolts.
