Rebuilding TJ Rubicon NP241OR with some parts from JK

Hi folks,
I am rebuilding my NP241OR. The rear side of the case is damaged, so I am planning to take rear side from JK NP241, which are a little stronger. This will require some work for shift fork adaptation, due to difference in hole depth between JK and TK casings. Also planning to use rebuild kit with new bearings and new chain.
Anything else I should replace/test/verify when I rebuild it?
Does anyone know how to modify NP241OR into 2LOW support (I know that for NP231 there is a kit from Teraflex)?

I believe that I already did.
I am transplanting https://ebay.us/m/9ygPBd TJ speedometer housing on top of JK 241 rear plate. It is supposed to work just fine.
