Hey all, I'm wondering if you guys could post up some of the solutions that you have come up with for relocating my rear license plate to the spare tire. I need a solution that will light up the plate at night, but I also have a rear view camera that mounts to the top of the plate, and I'm worried about the light washing out the camera at night.

Any tried and true solutions???

***I see there are some bracket options available online, I just don't want to get one that washes out my rear cam...

I have an Ace Engineering license plate holder. It has the square tube and bolt that takes a socket, extension and racket to remove the plate. I ran wires to it from the original plate light and it has a little LED light above it. Also the square LED is my back up light. Behind the plate at the bottom is a disconnect plug so I can remove the whole thing when accessing the spare. It completely tucks into the wheel, so can't see it from the side.

Light on top...welded a crossbar and upright to my tire carrier. Holds CB, backup/third brake light/GMRS antenna. License plate is bolted to the tire carrier with a custom bracket...comes off with four Allen head bolts. Rear view camera is mounted under the tire...gives me a better view of obstacles immediately behind me.
