Rear differential still leaking fluid

That's not good. Through the 15 years I tolerated 'em, I did not have that problem....probably every other problem though. Are you just resigned to let it go if they still lock and unlock?
No, They have a backflow preventer that should help with the issue and at some point I need to find out if I have bad seals.. you know people sometimes miss how good a factory TJ Rubicon works all the way around as far as the lockers and the steer ability with the lockers and everything is really good

Yeah, a lot of ARB fanboys here. Hope the backflow preventer can fix that. So far, I really like the factory lockers, yet so many here pan them. The transfer line inside the diff was lose when I bought the TJR and fluid forced out the right axle tube despite the much lower air pressure than ARBs. Fixed, refilled with hub oil and have worked flawlessly since and stopped leaking....saving $300. The limited slip also improved with the new fluid.

Like others have said, apply some RTV to the splines of the yoke before reassembly.
Check the the vent tube is not blocked, disconnect it at the axle side and see if you can blow through it.
Also check the breather fitting on the axle. I have seen them clogged with rust/crud.
